Sacred SpiritFireAt the center of the bigger circle is the sacred fire, around which the dancers, rattlers, and chanters move. All are welcome to participate in tending the fire by adding wood and by being guardians for each other as we go deeply into our sacred play through the night. We ask that no items be put into the fire except for the firewood or sacred incense pouches (you can make them on site.) Please do not ever through cigarette butts or other trash into the sacred fire! |
